Please be on time for your appointment to ensure that you receive our maximum services.
Late clients who do not give prior notice may be subject to have their appointment cancelled
or delayed for next client who would be come on time or we may service the next available
client.
Promotion
Promotion discount can’t be combined with any other promotion,offer,set discount price or
sales item.
Only new client and one time use. We will charge extra fee on promotion price, if your hair start
to touch shoulder, thick and heavy texture.Promotion service doesn’t have guarantee for
fix or redo.
We only take in promotion clients who are agree about our salon policy.
Services
Price are subject to change without notice.
Increase price depending upon stylist, base on hair length, texture, and time needed.
Color, treatment and head spa are not include blow dry service in prices.
Blow dry is only styling by roll brash.
Iron, roller set will be additional charge.
Payment
Accept cash and credit card only.
New York Tax will be charged to all services and retail products.
Gratuities
Kindly remind,we would be appreciate your respect for our stylist, please prepare cash
(15~20% of your regular charge, not discount charge) for gratuity to your stylist.
Belonging
By our full attention for work your hair, we are unable to have responsibility for your belonging
and clothes by lost, stolen, or damage.
Fix
Any fix (without promotion user) will do as no charge within 1 weeks.If your stylist explain
possibility risk of hair damage or unable to achieve your request by your hair condition but
you like to try that are not object for fix.
Ask different style for redo will be subject new charge.
Object of fix is by your stylist, not other one.
